This policy applies to all transportation services nationwide. Our goal is to ensure that all customers receive their orders in a timely and safe manner. Below are our specific shipping policies:

SHIPPING METHODS:
Orders are shipped via UPS, DHL, or FedEx (shipping time is 5-7 days).


SHIPPING AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES:
We ship stock orders as quickly as possible, usually within 2-3 business days from the date you place your order, but sometimes it can take longer.

If you choose to pay by credit card, your order will be charged within 24 hours. Once payment is received, items are usually shipped within 2-3 business days. If you order more than one item and the shipping destinations are different, you may receive separate order shipments. Delivery time is usually 5 to 7 business days depending on your destination and carrier.

Order processing may be delayed in the event of a force majeure event. Nonetheless, we guarantee that your order will be processed quickly, weather permitting.

We take all reasonable precautions to ensure that products are not damaged in transit. If a product is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at service@loorb.shop within 3 working days of receipt of the goods. Please document any visible damage and be as specific as possible, as this will help us to process your damage claim with the shipping carrier.


ADDRESS CHANGES:
We are unable to change the delivery address once the product is out of stock. If you need to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us via email within 2 business days of placing your order.


ORDER TRACKING:
You will receive at least two emails for each order you place:

Order Confirmation Email: After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with the order details.

Shipment Confirmation Email: After the item is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing the order number, carrier information, date and time of the order, order status, and package tracking number for the shipped item. You can track your package through the carrier's official website to know the exact location of the shipment.


TAX AND FEES:
We do not charge any taxes


PACKAGES DAMAGED IN TRANSIT:
If you find a package damaged in transit, please refuse the package if possible and contact our customer service immediately. If the package arrives without you and is damaged, please contact our customer service for follow-up steps.


IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. Please ensure that the shipping address on your order is correct before payment, as this is the address we will ship to.
2. If the product does not meet your expectations, or if you place an incorrect order after it has been shipped, we are not responsible for any return shipping costs.
